Welcome to our blog! With over thirty years of experience in management consulting and leadership, we've navigated the landscape of some of the biggest companies in the world to solve their deepest challenges. After seeing the same mistakes being made time and time again across organizations, we realized how many of you are facing these exact issues, and that you, unlike our high-paying clients, may never get help, unless we could find a way to reach you.

We created this blog to share some of our biggest learnings over the years. We believe that our journey is much like yours, one marked by experiences working with both exceptional and tyrannical leaders. We have been part of phenomenal, high-performing teams, as well as dysfunctional ones. We have had moments of being great leaders and, at times, not-so-great ones. We want to share our experiences, lessons, and solutions with you to help strengthen your teams, build your leadership skills, and develop more meaningful and impactful strategies for your organization and its teams.
